2. Data we process
We may process invitation text and settings, uploaded photos, audio and music, technical logs, IP address, browser data, payment status, the email entered at checkout, Telegram identifiers when the bot is connected, and partner or promo-code attribution.
3. Why we process it
Data is used to create, display, edit, activate, and deliver invitations; save drafts; process payments; send one reminder an hour after an unfinished checkout; email the invitation and dashboard links after payment; recover orders; send requested Telegram notifications; prevent abuse; provide support; and meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform the service contract, with the user’s consent where required, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as security and service reliability.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only as needed with hosting, payment, analytics, email-delivery, and Telegram service providers. Resend receives the checkout email, order number, and the links needed to return to checkout or open the completed invitation so it can deliver the one-time unfinished-payment reminder and the confirmation email. Payment-card details are handled directly by payment providers and are not received or stored by invitik.
6. Storage
Drafts are normally stored for up to seven days. Activated invitations, their uploaded content, and the checkout email are stored for 30 days after activation and are then deleted. Some security, transaction, or accounting records may be retained for the period required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request information, correction, restriction, or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, or object to processing by contacting the seller. Deleting an invitation or letting it expire removes its content according to the periods above.
8. Security and cookies
We use technical and organizational safeguards, HTTPS, access controls, and service cookies or local storage needed for drafts, attribution, and core functionality.
