1. General terms

This public offer sets out the terms on which the seller provides access to the invitik digital invitation service. By creating an invitation, accepting the terms, or paying for activation, the customer accepts this offer.

2. Service

The customer can build and preview a personalized interactive invitation free of charge. Payment activates a shareable link for 30 days. The service is delivered digitally immediately after successful payment; no physical delivery is required.

3. Price and payment

The current price and available payment methods are shown before payment. The amount displayed on the payment button is the amount charged in the selected currency. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.

4. Customer content

The customer is responsible for text, images, audio, and other content uploaded to an invitation and confirms that they have the right to use it. Content must not violate the law, third-party rights, or contain harmful material.

5. Availability and storage

An activated invitation is available for 30 days. When that period ends, the link stops working and the invitation content is deleted. Availability may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside the seller’s control.

6. Refunds

If the service cannot be provided because of a technical failure on the seller’s side, the customer may request a refund through support. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. A working activated digital link is considered delivered.

7. Personal data

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by invitik.
